"Aging Blue" is inspired by the passage of time, studying the varying durations of brass rusting to produce deep and light azure hues. The blue rust encapsulates past climates, humidity, and time, recording the passage of time. This series combines teak and rusted copper to create landscape-themed home decor and stationery sets.

The project "Aging Blue" explores the traces of time by using brass patina to show how different lengths of oxidation result in varying depths of blue. The oxidation process encapsulates a period of temperatures, humidity, and even captures the essence of the time that once was ours.
